No it's not. You get uprepped for bringing positivity to these forums, and downrepped for bringing bull**** to these forums.
The majority is bringing bull**** to the forums, that's why so many complain. They just don't see what kind of crap they're writing...

Partially false. People sometimes get uprepped randomly as proved by this topic, or downrepped for saying something not negative but that some people don't like because they are close-minded.
