I need help with a girl name that has to do with squares...

Ouch. This is a toughie. Feminine names are supposed to invoke ... well ... femininity and roundness and sleek curves. You can stick all the feminine endings onto a square base name, but it's still going to sound clunky and harsh. So it makes sense that this is a task that was giving you trouble! Anyway, I'll give it a shot:

Fouraline
Angleina
Cubette
Boxxy

That's just their outward appearance. But inside, all women have sharp edges.
So your "Angleina" is a suitable name.
