hi I'm new here and totally lame at coding I am trying to make a bullet hell shooter game like touhou but I have no clue on how to use code help me get better at coding so I can make a really excellent game by posting loads of different pattern codes

No, that's not how game making works. Neither does the GMC work that way. We're not here to make your game for you. If you need help with something in particular and have already put some effort into solving the problem, asking for help on that specific subject is alright. But we're not going to make the game for you... you won't learn anything this way, either, since you won't understand the codes we post if you're bad at coding. Get better at coding first, then think about making the game you want to make.

First of all, I want you to realize that you won't be making a game similar to Touhou in terms of quality anytime soon. You will start learning how to use GM by looking at some tutorials, trying to understand them and adapting them or adding things to them. Once you can recreate the tutorials from scratch, you can tackle more advanced tutorials, and at some point, maybe two years from now, you will be able to make a small SHMUP game with spell patterns like Touhou has.
