When editing a post, the "This post has been edited by x..." box should not appear if the edit occurred within 1 minute since the post was created.
For regular posters, who find themselves sometimes making typos that they discover the first seconds after they have posted, this will be a very welcome change. Surely everybody who is a frequent user on here (or any other forum for that matter) can relate to this.

I don't understand why this matters?

Same, a little but... When I make a typing mistake and it just has to be corrected I hate having that box appear only because I added another letter to a word or something..

I would like something like this.
For some reason I don't like that box that appears when I edit a post.

I don't like this idea. Well, it's more of me thinking it's quite pointless. Why does it matter if your post has been edited or not? I do that all the time...
And if someone were to change the entire message within the minute and it did not say "edited by ___" then that will just be confusing (if someone has read the old one or replied to it without quoting it)...

Eh, I don't think it's worth the trouble. I'm not seeing much of a point.

I agree. In fact, I was considering suggesting the same thing. However, I'm not entirely sure that this is possible with IP.Board.

Personally, I appreciate the ability to spot when someone has edited their post, even if it is just to fix a typo. It saves me many hours of confusion when something has changed since I read it last.
