  • Title: 3D Bloom Effect
  • Description: An example of a Bloom Effect in 3D. Could also be used for 2D with some adoption.
  • GM Version: Studio
  • File Type: .zip
  • File Size: 3.5 MB
  • File Link: http://sandbox.yoyog...965c1f6d7ed909b
  • Tags: GMCENGINE GMC3D GMCSURFACES
Summary: Shows an example of a high quality 3D bloom effect. Code is commented. It uses many surfaces, so older computers may not be able to run it. Download contains compiled version as well for people who want to see it, but don't have Studio.

change the depth of the controller to -100 so not to see the 2d map in studio.

Good job!

Looks like studio does not keep the order of the object created in the project. I was seeing the walls overlaying the 3d world on my end. Sortof looked like a 2d mini map overlaying the 3d world.

Anyway, it's a great visual example with or without the glitch.
