I wanted a screensaver.

Screensavers for PC's suck.

I set it to the 3D clock.

It annoyed me because sometimes the clock is backwards! Arrgh. I have to wait a second for it to turn around again.

So I decided, I'll make a cool looking screensaver thats useful! With a clock! (and later weather data)

It's based off of a very simple "gravity simulator" with particles. I made each particle have it's own color, and trail. At the tick of each second, a particle is created at the position of the tip of an analog clock's second hand. Or randomly on the screen.

Here's a quick video demonstration I made of it.

It's not complete by any means, it's more like a demo, fun little thing!.. If anyone wants to try it.. and give me some feedback. Improvements. Here's the compiled executable. https://dl.dropbox.c..._clock_core.scr

What do you guys think?

a bit bland. the particles could do a little more and maybe be more colorful as well.

Oh. Oops. I assumed that was more for "official" releases of things rather than just showing a tiny little project to get some feedback. Sorry about that.
