I was recently re-installing GameMaker Standard on my PC, and it said when I copied the key I had saved into GM: "Unable to obtain a valid license key, please check and try again". I then got my license e-mailed to me at http://www.yoyogames.com/my_licences, and it said I didn't own any! :verymad: Why is this and how can I fix it?

Check the mail that you have used for purchasing GameMaker: Studio. If purchase was done and processed successfully, you should have an email mentioning your key and purchase details.
If problem persists, contact the helpdesk with a private report containing your purchase details and key.

He got GM Standard (8.1) not Studio.

Anyways, I would do this, the helpdesk has helped me with things like this in the past.

They did sort it out in the end. Turned out that I'd registered too many times and had disabled my account, but they re-enabled it. ADVICE: NEVER REGISTER GAMEMAKER ON MORE THAN 3 COMPUTERS!
