I wonder how do you consider as the best way to build a multiplayer game (client-server) using GameMaker.
I am reffering to a game which is an event driven and the logics are to be handled on server side. Lots of client server messages and broadcasting.
I am a senior programer with >10 years of experience and wondering whether the GameMaker can finction as my client connecting to my backend.
I only saw nice games as examples with nice graphic tweaking but i wonder how flexible the IDE is for connecting backend services.
