Hi everyone :)

ok so ive made my game in GM8 and i finally got myself a copy of gm studio as my game is about an 82mb gmk file that i have been working on for 2 years and it really pushes the limits of gm8 so i switched to gm studio because of the new runner, any way, last night i installed GM studio and imported my game maker 8 game, let it transfer and do its thing, ran the game really excitedly to see that it loaded, however when it started playing the frame rate went from 60 - 50 - 30 down and down to 1, and there was nothing really happening on the screen, there was no errors being reported and the game was just unplayable and it was a real disappointment :/

does anyone have any idea what has happened here?

That's strange :/, the only thing i can think of is report it here: http://bugs.yoyogames.com/

Make it a private report and include your .gmx file within a .zip file or .rar file so the YoYo crew can find and fix the problem related to this glitch/bug/error. :)

@Debel - when filing a bug report please use a GMZ file, it is a complete 7zip of the project with everything stored correctly - just use File -> Export project within GameMaker to make one - it is much easier than create a zip (or rar) yourself and it all works within GameMaker (you can import them using the import tab on the New Project dialog).

It really is a pain when we get a zip or rar on bug reports... please, please, please use a GMZ.
