I know what reputation is and how it works... and I'm sorry for making this thread (becouse I know you hate it)
But how many reputation "levels" are there? and how much reputation do you need to get them?
As an example, I have 51 reputation and I am on "level" Neutral.

I've been googleing and searching here on the forum but I can't find any information about it...
Would be fun to know, thanks in advance!

10000000 = Lemming (Several Administrators...)
-10000000= ***** (NAL) (*cough* sorry NAL, no offense)

I'll guess about 100 levels, but I have no idea.
Start reaching Lemming reputation and you'll see all the levels.

On topic: My surfing many profiles, I have surmised that you "level up" to "good" at around 150 rep. Most people with 400+ rep seem to have "Excellent" rep.

I don't really care about rep that much.
but I can't help looking at some of my posts to see if I got rep and I also look at my profile to see if it increased.
then I'll hope to get as high as I can the forget about it.

rep really motivates people to go better.

so it is a neat thing but really not that brilliant! xD

Rep is fun, it's a great way to to show approval without just saying 'I agree', but I have yet to truly inspire people to be better through intellect, humor or content. I have seen it raise more and more obnoxious signatures and posts asking for rep though.

Politely reminding people that they can rep you for hard work is just fine, but just asking for it without providing anything worthwhile is quite ungentlemanly.

And that's just one of many reasons why the "rep" system is broken and completely useless.

I'd think every 100 rep points would jack up you level.
I say that because a friend of mine's account here got leveled uo every 100.

You have to be NAL to get it. It's one of the criteria.
