Is it just some weird phenomena that everyone tends to click the + on topics about it...?
...Because I'm doing that.

EDIT: It is a well known fact now that talking about rep gets you rep, thus sort of destroying the point of rep in the first place, but oh well.

The only reason I would want reputation is to see it on one of my posts and to know that others liked/agreed with it. I'm not interested in getting reputation because I can.

I also don't want to draw too much attention to it, because that's kind of begging for an inanimate object. Hence why I don't put one of those "If you liked my comment, click the + button!" things in my signature. If someone liked my comment, they will click it. Otherwise, they won't. It doesn't matter enough to me to add a note about it in my signature.
