I just purchased a GM studio, not working!

few hours ago , I just purchased a GM studio(with modules).

I paid and here goes:

Message from YoYo Games Ltd:
GameMaker:Studio With: iOS export module, Android export module, HTML5 export module
Your license key is xxxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxxx

with my e mail.

then I
1. used it at GM lite it tell me, Unable to obtain a valid license.
2. used it at http://www.yoyogames...urchase/express shows "valid license key"

And I got nothing from the e mail I gave before the purchase.

What's going on?
Or shall I wait ? For how long?
Please help.

Have you downloaded a 89998 kB package called GMStudio-Installer?

Nope. It should be fine the first time you use it.

OMG Why it keep asking me!
And it crashes when I doing nothing. (the few times I was checking something else)
And it have't ask me to do anything about activate this account use this license key.
And I can't test run the game, even the official demo.

Maybe you can help devs providing info about your system configs.
Maybe some antivirus software?

If your antivirus or firewall is preventing GM Studio to connect I belive it will not be able to get the license from Yoyo servers.
Check the status of the license on the first GM Studio screen - License tab.

I've some problems with GM Studio crashing but this was almost when I tried to open something when my already doing lots of things
like photoshop, chrome and more programing running at same... maybe its a RAM issue...

Create an official bug-report on your problem here.

OR also, create a ticket with the YYG Helpdesk.

This is not the correct installer, these are the beta installers and will cause issues with the activation and watermarks.
The correct installer is provided in the purchase email.

If you had the beta installed you have to remove the beta first and after uninstall check for any related user files in:
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\GameMaker-Studio 1.0
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\GameMaker-Studio

Then you can use this url to install current version 1.0.231

admin told me "Your payment has failed, so your license has been automatically revoked. We hope to have a new payment system in place very soon, you might want to wait for that."

that sucks. But thank you all, for your help.

All this might mean is that perhaps you did not have enough funds for the transaction to successfully go through. Check your account and re-try it.

Or it might have been stopped by your bank/credit card company thinking that this was an unwanted transaction. Banks can put holds on any transactions if the bank-system thinks it's a fraudulent request, i.e. if someone steals your credit card or bank account information, this is an automatic fail-safe.

You might want to ask your bank (or credit card provider) about why the transaction did not go through.

I have an identical problem. Every time I open GM studio, it asks me to enter my license. After I enter my license and start using GM studio, I'm unable to run my applications or create executables. I would appreciate it if someone had some more definitive answers regarding this problem. Does it just mean that my transaction hasn't gone through yet? I already got an email from yoyogames with my license in it.

They are working to resolve the issue. Bad timing :/
