So I'm going crazy when I can't find something. I once saw an epic tutorial on how to make 3d models in some program, save them as strips so they can be imported as images in GM. In the tutorial it showed isometric-view sprites. Buildings and stuff I think.
Anyways; If you somehow know a tutorial that shows how to make 3d models to 2d sprites, that would be smooth. It's probably really easy, I just have no experience what-so-ever when it comes to 3d modeling.
Thanks. PWL.

I have made 2D sprite out of 3D models. I use blender and in blender all you do is render ( Plain render or render animation ) and click save image as. Scale them down, magic wand and delete the outside and your ready to go.

Well there's your problem. Exporting a 3D render as a 2D sprite is incredibly straightforward. Building, rigging, UV mapping, and animating in 3D is not.

It's never too late to learn though, and I wholeheartedly recommend it if you have an interest in this stuff, but just be aware that it's not a quick fix.

I believe you. I'm pretty sure I'm not gonna be a 3d artist. I just don't find 3d that interesting. Just cool. I was just mostly looking for this one tutorial, and thought that if it was a well-known tutorial, people knew where I've seen it. Hehe.
