Hello, I am Brandon Orner, Owner and Founder of the game company ProGames™.
ProGames™ mission is to create AMAZING games for a cheap price (under $20) that everyone can enjoy.
The website is being redone and will soon be available with a .com domain.

My company has been up since 2010. Awhile ago we released a retro game called PixPac™. It has gotten excellent reviews.

We are working on Brandon's Adventures™ to be released Summer/Fall 2012. We are also redoing Speedy the Mouse™ from scratch.
This topic will be posted in regularly, telling the fans about news on game releases, contests, etc.
If you like a game, feel free to post and say so. Also subscribe to the Youtube Channel and Facebook Page.
ProGames™ is a professional company bringing you the best professionally made games!

I restarted this topic because many people on the gmc filled my topic with random talk, and the jealous people filled it with negative things.

This topic is for my company to announce products. If anything is posted here that shouldn't be, Desert Dog will remove it.

I've never seen anyone so stuck up before... Go find another business to attempt to conquer, this one is not for you.
Preferably one that doesn't involve other people, considering how incredibly awful you are at communicating and behaving socially.

Your reply to my post in your other topic;

My games are set at the price they're set. They deserve to be sold at that price.

I'm not quitting my company. What is wrong with you?

My sites are companies and my graphics are very good.

I am very professional.

1. It's like you're purchasing a new Macbook Pro, throwing it out the window, and re-selling it for the double.
2. I never told you to quit your company.
3. This topic itself, and the sentence I quoted above, strictly proves the opposite.

ProGames™ is a professional company bringing you the best professionally made games!

Definitely an overstatement.

This topic will be removed and I'm no longer advertising or posting a topic about my company on the gamemaker community. The members on here make too many random disscussions on other people's topics.

Changed your mind did you?

If you want a topic, you HAVE a topic and you shouldn't have requested it be closed. We do not permit duplicate topics, and you are not going to be an exception to that rule. You MAY request that your previous topic be opened and cleaned up however. I would also suggest that you come down off of your high horse and learn to be a bit more humble about yourself and your work... If you are going to do something for a public audience (and ask money for it!) the VERY LEAST you can do is accept criticism and advice gracefully and not just assume you know more than everyone else (which is how you come across) as you obviously do NOT.

Also, the moderators here are not just so that you can have them open and close topics whenever the you feel like it. Nor are they at the beck and call of every immature user that thinks they are better than everyone else, so don't expect them to nursemaid your topics. If you want to be taken seriously, deal with the people seriously instead of having a childish fit and then running to the mods like they're your parents.

Hold up, hold up. Some confusion here, which I feel I may have helped cause.

First up,

Also, the moderators here are not just so that you can have them open and close topics whenever the you feel like it. Nor are they at the beck and call of every immature user that thinks they are better than everyone else, so don't expect them to nursemaid your topics.

Bang on. I didn't like the last bit of your post, ProGames, where you said Desert Dog would clean up posts. Don't use me like a weapon, please!! If people DO post inappropriate stuff, then you can let me know(or preferably, any mod via the report button), and we can moderate where appropriate.

But otherwise, ProGames had pm-ed me about cleaning up his topic, as he was giving his website a redo (complete with a .com, it seems!). And to be fair, I was very tempted to.. this forum isn't for discussing website appearances, it certainly isn't for querying prices of games, or giving excessive 'business' advice. Any discussion is to be about the GM content of a site.

However, people had contributed in good faith, and I was reluctant to nuke out their posts, especially as some of them were quite good, and ProGames could possibly benefit from their feedback. Even the very negative, and to be honest, somewhat nasty posts I felt where done in a relatively honest sense, which could be considered valuable as they are also potential customers/site visitors.

I told ProGames when he was finished his new site, he could let me know, and I'd close down his old topic, and he could have a clean start at it.

I'm unsure if this topic was about his new revamped site or not, but it looks like not, so no, I didn't mean you could just repost the topic about your old site! :P
