The possibility to use extensions in Android and iOS will come and that will make this (and a lot more) possible, also if GameMaker: Studio does not directly support it.



This means that we will need to pay more for it??

We are working with Immersion (http://immersion.com/) to make this possible - there are a few legal hoops to jump through to get this working for everyone though - stay tuned folks.

I got a simple function to work using halo_shg approach a while ago, it works pretty well, you can even send the time you want it to vibrate in miliseconds:
