I want to learn how to fix high quality platform, 2d sprites and backgrounds for game maker . Can someone give me some ideas and tips for nice sprites.

fix what? it would help if you show the sprites and what you want to fix in them.

I think he's mean by fix "Fasten (something) securely in a particular place or position." as in make high quality sprites. All i can say is, resize your room and sprite so they're bigger and can haz more detail.
