Brawl has all that plus some more with enhanced battle mechanics and a ton more features packed into it. I, as a Nintendo fanboy, could not have asked for anything better myself. Weeeeeell... if you want me to nitpick... I do find some things they could have improved. But overall, top-notch game, excellent gameplay, amazing graphics for Wii, and now I am just sounding like an E3 Nintendo spokesman.
As for my favourite character, Kirby. Sporting some attacks that pack quite a punch, mixing it in with excellent air brawling capabilities and some pretty fast sneaky attacks, plus the fact it can pretty much float around the stage and has an excellent recovery attack makes Kirby a very tough opponent to face. Not very hard to pick him up and start fighting with him, but quite hard to master given his (relatively) short ranged attacks.
Though, it's a shame people over the Wifi battles completely miss the point of using him and just spam away his Down+B attack. Not that hard to dodge, but still =/

Really? Subspace Emissary is amazing, it's so much more involved.I hear the Adventure Mode isn't much of a step up from Melee
I remember when I was a serious n00b playing the original SSB, cruising through the game by spamming Yoshi's spring hop/jump/whatever it's called.Though, it's a shame people over the Wifi battles completely miss the point of using him and just spam away his Down+B attack. Not that hard to dodge, but still =/
My favorite character has got to be Ike. Despite the fact that he's surprisingly fast for a heavyweight, he sure as hell hits like one. Even his A-combo can kill. Falco and Pikachu are my second and third best characters respectively, and at some point, I was pretty good with Luigi too, though I've since fallen out of practice with the Green Thunder. (X3)

But spamming Down + B, it works for me!

Either that or you charge up your front smash attack and wait for him to get out of his rock defenses. Then BAM! 70~80% instant kill. People are so dummmm!Protip: When facing a Kirby user who spams his rock attack, abuse throws.

Is there anyone here who can kill more than one guy in Cruel Brawl?

Still one heck of a difficult challenge to complete.

If you say Zelda...I'd tend to disagree.
SSB4 will be better, so SSB4 FTW!

I also like to use Kirby (Already explained) and Pit, because of flight, and that shield which is beyond underrated in my experience.
Possibly the single best thing about Brawl, among every great feature that it has, is the opening sequence. I mean, there's an Epic Latin Opera! What more could one possibly want?

Kirby is awesome. I do miss MewTwo and Roy though. Roy was completely overpowered though. It would only take a few hits to kill with him.

Oh god... Don't take me wrong, I love Pikachu, it's, like, in my top 8 fighters from the roster, but if I hate anything about it is that people. constantly. spam. its Down+B attack. Even worse than the Kirby Down+B spammers and the Falcon Punchers, Pikachu's Thunder spamming is the worst there is because of its enormous area of control. Even the CPU spams it when you are coming from the side of the stage. Try it out. (I am not implying you are a spammer, you just reminded me of this).Currently, my favourite in Brawl is Pikachu. Down + B attack is brilliant; it's like sniping! Final Smash a bit hard to control, but meh.

I loved getting the Home Run Bat on SSBM. Do they have that on Brawl? That was the best weapon EVER.
Yeah, it's in there. And it's improved a bit also. Different characters have different attacks with it. Sword characters do a duel wield kinda thing. The swing first with the bat then with their sword. Captain Falcon does a kind of stabbing uppercut that sends enemies flying straight up (which is the most effective way to kill someone.)
EDIT: Also, greatest piece of music ever written.

Please tell me you can still do the sparkle swing though! The one-hit K.O. was the best thing ever with it. BAM! *Flies off screen.* As for the dual wielding, I used to do that with Link and Roy. xD
