I have absolutely nothing against people who spam highly effective moves at me. It teaches me how to defend against moves like that well. Once I get good at defending against a particular move, those who spam it against me probably get cranky at me doing the same dodge and attack every time they do it.

I see where you're coming from though. The only thing that really bothers me about Brawl is the pitiful online options. Play against friends or against randoms is not a lot of options. I would have thought it would be better if they had the open matches listed and you could choose which one to join. Something like that would be much more user friendly and you could choose to not play against people who annoy you.

I generally don't play online much at all. It's just not as fun playing against randoms compared to having friends in the room with you.

Everyone knows of the giant Jigglypuff glitch right? Well does anyone know of the Gigapuff glitch?

Posted Image

Instructions:
1. Jigglypuff and Yoshi are required
2. Bridge of Elden
3. Jigglypuff gets smash ball, but doesn't use it
4. Bridge breaks
5. When the bridge is coming back, stand on the edge and use Final Smash
6. Giant Jigglypuff!
7. Yoshi uses hit tongue to put Jigglypuff into an egg.
8. Egg should be about twice the size of Giant Jigglypuff.
9. A Gigapuff hatches, and should take up the entire screen.

Warning: Using Over+A, Over+B, or any dodges will kill you because you are off of the screen in three different directions as is. Don't move if possible. Your attack range is infinite now.

Just looked it up now. Looks brilliant. The funny thing is that you don't need any hacks for it, so you can use it in an average brawl.
Anyone wonders what would happen if someone did this during online play?

You become soooo vulnerable it's hilarious, and it was already hilarious just being that big. It's neat, not useful. :P

I played online. I lost a deathmatch with Ganondorf against Yoshi because of lag (2nd place nonetheless), and I won with Ike once, against... Ike, Mario and Pokemon trainer.

I'm awesome at brawl. My friends all see me destroying them and they're just like- What? How did you do that? But lets see my character skills. Tabuu is still one of the toughest bosses in my gaming experience.

Tabuu is easy to kill once you have defeated him once.
I usually still have spare characters (lives) left.

I have killed him 5-10 times, but if you battle him in subspace emissary and you haven't played in like 6 months you're most likely to get dominated. I'm still amazing at it (well not actually, I can only beat up to level 5 foes) shockingly but Tabuu is just really tough for me.

Edit: Also, if anyone's up to it, why don't we see if we can host a wi-fi tournament? I can't play brawl now, it's broken, but if enough people want to we can go into the PM system and exchange friend codes.

Sorry I'm sort of bumping but I don't want to edit my previous post and this hasn't been posted on in 6 days. I actually am working on a Super Smash Bros Brawl (I'm thinking about making it general Super Smash Bros) Trading card game. So far I have Zero Suit Samus, Samus, Mario, Luigi, Link, and Kirby. I have Zero Suit Samus, Samus, Mario, Luigi, Link, and Kirby's final smashes. Beyond that I have squat.

My favourite song is very hard to pinpoint, because the SSB franchise, specially Brawl, has arguably one of the best OST of any game, ever. I really enjoy Multi-Man Melee a lot.

I would actually totally be into a wi-fi tournament here. Or even just friendly casual brawling.

My brawl is working again so the tournament can fly now. If anyone wants my SSBB FC PM me (unless its against the rules to share Friend Codes)

I haven't palyed any of the other Super Smash Bros. games, just Brawl. There was this one time when my cousin showed me Melee, didn't tell me how to play, and chose Mewtwo. Didn't end well. But after I got Brawl the three fighters I use the most are Pikachu, Luigi, and Marth. They have many attacks that are plain annoying and help a petty button masher like myself. I Don't win much, but it's funny to get the opponent angry.

If your opponent knows how to dodge and shield well you're annoyance trap won't work yello. I'm back at the great maze (I mean great nightmare) now. I just have like 3 more areas to explore before I can battle Tabuu. I'm gonna go work on my Super Smash Bros. TCG.

Brawl is great. I usually main Wario (farts ftw), sub-main Kirby (and spam his up and down specials), and sub-sub main Toon Link (I suck at him but whatever), and maybe sorta sub-sub-sub main Sonic.

Also, The Subspace Emissionary is very boring IMO.

Yea, I know. Probably why I don't win a lot. But it's not about winning, it's about the awesomeness that is Brawl!

I agree, it can be VERY boring. However, and with how I judge a lot of things, it is very original. Having it's own unique game-play complete with challenges and storyline makes it one of the best campaigns that I've seen. Another feature that I like is the lack of voice in it. I dunno, Nintendo has always been good at creating plot, character, and mood/emotion without having a person speak. They certainly uphold that in Brawl.

Personally I think it's cool the first time around, when you don't know what's going to happen next, but the gameplay isn't good enough to make a second run-through particularly worth it.

I don't know, I found Brawl to be slower compared to the other games in the series. It's still enjoyable, though.

It's been too long since I've played a good round of Smash Bros. that I fear that I've gotten rusty at it.

IIRC my main characters were Yoshi and Lucario, with Falco and Toon Link being my subs.

I've gotta change my main again until I get better with some characters. I've gotten awesome with Sonic (I beat a lvl 9 CPU with him).
Main-Sonic (He is fast and I love moving fast, also he is great for both spamming and hitting hard when you have to. He also has an amazing recovery move although it deals no damage)

Subs-Meta Knight (He has the best recovery, has an amazing moveset, and hes fast. My only problems using him are that he is easy to smash really far away and most of his special moves give the opponent some time where he can smash you.)
Lucas (I've gotten pretty good with his recovery plus his PK moves can deal some damage. I also noticed that his grabs are awesome)
Ike (He has amazing power and I can cope with the fact that he's slow. If you can use his moves right you can clobber your opponent in seconds.)

Secondary Subs-Pit (His recovery rocks, he has a powerful moveset, and he can reflect his opponent's moves which is a 1 up)
Marth (Hes fast and has a good recovery. His Side B move is also a combo which it awesome!)
