Hi, I'm looking for constructive criticism on a website I'm developing( With weebly )...................................^ click on the pic Posted Image

I'd like to look for info on what type of theme i should choose for a resource, tutorial type of site.

I know weebly sucks, but i was thinking of downloading the site as a zip, then hosting it elsewhere.

It is alright, but the Weebly layout is a bit restriciting and the background is kind of hard on the eyes.

I'm with Super Guy, the background kills my eyes, as well as that, the font (especially the colours) for the word artist could be redone and the site (specially the plain black and white forums) seem to be working against the feel of a graphics based site. You'll want to theme the entire site around some logo to give it a professional, graphical theme (see the bright forums theme for a very good example of this).

That aside, I very much like the idea. If you're serious about this project, I would happily provide a download link for (the decent version of) MS Paint and a few tutorials on how to use it and it's various tools for pro results. Just let me know by PM if you'd need anything.

I think that you mean "Gamer Artists" (without the apostrophe).

I think the title was meant to be "Gamer Artist's" as in, a Gamer Artist's resource, not several artists.

The website is not bad, but the banner could definitely do with some work.

The URL at the top is the wrong way around - should be http://www.gamerartists.webs.com.
Also, have you considered getting a .tk domain? They're free and much more professional-looking than a .webs subdomain (despite what True Valhalla says...) :)

Here is the site: http://dot.tk

They're still both terrible, and only used by amateurs.

For now, I would say it doesn't matter which option you get until you get a .com domain...

EDIT: Maybe you all can merge with nationofdesign.com they had and have a good thing going and I don't really see much difference between you two.
