Challenges Forum Rules
The Challenges Forum is a place where you can post to advertise and discuss any mini-competitions and challenges that you may have for the members of the community to participate in.
General Rules
- NO PRIZES can be offered for any challenge or mini-competition. If you wish to offer prizes, then you should post in the official Competition Topic.
- One topic only per competition. You may report the topic and ask for it to be closed once the competition or challenge has been finished.
- All challenges and competitions MUST use GameMaker.
- All challenges SHOULD have a definite start and end date (although for coding specific challenges this is not necessary).
- All challenges MUST have a well defined set of rules.
- You cannot have more than one challenge active at any one time.
- Topics are for feedback and discussion ONLY. The original topic poster takes responsibility for the organisation and hosting of the challenge or competition, and these must be hosted off-site.
- You cannot advertise or announce any competition or challenge that is not GamerMaker related.
- YoYo Games accepts no responsibility for the organisation and running of these events. Participants do so at their own discretion.
- Please do not promote any product that directly or indirectly competes with any Yoyo product in any posted topic.
