I have 5piceIDE.exe problem only with my project, which i made 5-6 days ago in Studio. Now, i try to open it from another folder (when i had some troubles with license key, i keep my project and uninstall GM:studio), and can compile it, because 5piceIDE.exe error appeared. I change "UseSkins" to 1 with regedit, change default skins, but problem can't solve the problem.

I change "UseSkins" to 1 with regedit, change default skins, but problem can't solve the problem.

Try this:
- Undo it.
- Put the project folder back into its original folder.
- Remember to restart Studio.
- Try to compile.

Getting the same thing with one project. It hasn't been moved to another directory and the skin is the default GMS one.

Ah not quite the same. Address is 00000060, not 58.

file a bug with our bug tracker: in Studio go to help->report bug and attach problematic project as a gmz file->export project and we shall take a loot at what the problem is.

it may also be that you have a corrupt config in your game project directory delete the Configs folder and then try launching studio again and loading that project.

I got that 00000060 bug too... Exporting to gm81, and then importing to GM:Studio, doesn't fix it either.

EDIT: This bug will be fixed in the next version (proof)

I am still getting this problem even after the update. Only one of my projects will not compile at all. It won't even finish saving executable before I get this error. I tried exporting to gm8.1 and re-importing and then it finishes saving executable and then gives me the error after it converts all the sound files. This error appears no matter what export module I choose, Android or Windows and it has made it impossible for me to use GMS and I really hope that there is a fix. Please help.

I get this error every single day. The only temp solution I could find was creating a new save file each time then close/open GM and try again which usually works. But its a pain that I have to do it that way.

I just tried that and it works past the first "Saving Executable" message but crashes with the error on the second one. It's still impossible for me to compile. I don't understand because this same project worked perfectly on the beta.

I am also getting this error on my project that I imported from a gm8.1 file.
I made a new Blank Project and tried compiling a test level with a few stationary objects in it and was able to get that working.

Has anyone that has gotten this error been able to get it past it yet?

Try deleting "included files" and reimport them after that.

I did have included files and tried deleting them and reimporting them but still got the same error. I also tried to delete them, export my whole project and then reimport it as a new project without included files and I am still getting the same error.

Thanks for the help though! Do you know any other tricks that may help? Would deleting all the sound and included files in the original gm8.1 file make a difference?

I fixed this problem by looking through all my Drag and Drop actions and finding that one of them was not supported by GM:S, it was the "Show Game Info" action. You could give this a try.
