well I dont understand It works fine for me and also no one else complained about this. did you mess with the DLL
or delete it or move it? if you did then the could be the problem there. but if anyone else experienced this problem
please come forward and let me know.

My pc is reset last week so there can't be no damage to the dll. I use Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (NL settings); Acer Aspire 5755G. One note: I use the lite version of gamemaker 8 (NL) but I don't think that would be an problem. Did u use external scripts? I you do it maybe requires another program to work correctly.

no, the cleanmem DLL does not need any other programs to work right and besides I downloaded it on a few other computers and it still works fine for me.

As you are just testing the gameplay mechanics, I'll keep this limited to only bugs.

First off, the dinosaur starts walking immediately, which can result in death if you don't catch him in time. Goku gets stuck inside blocks when he double jumps below them. When Kirby is floating upwards, he can get trapped inside of the blocks. After mashing the buttons for a while, Pikachu starts sliding around on his tail in his jump animation. He can also be in his running animation without moving. Knuckles can trap himself inside a block when using the spring directly below it. I've been able to get Freeza to trap himself inside blocks by jumping into them as well.
I've also gotten this error when using the tank:

ERROR in
action number 4
of Key Press Event for Keypad 2 Key
for object Jump Fall:
Trying to play non-existing sound.
