Is it just me or does full screen not look as good as the old full screen in 8.1?

In 8.1, full screen would give me great scaling:

But now in Studio I get something that reminds me of a CRT? I can't take a proper screenshot of this but that's a pretty good way to describe it. The image is scaled completely wrong and even letter boxed and pillar boxed in, there's tons of anti-aliasing, the screen flickers whenever the view moves (and probably on other occasions too), and there's a whole lot of screen tearing going on.

What's going on here? :confused:/>

Before I file a report I want to nail down what's going on a little better, since I'm sure at least a small part of it has to do with my graphics card in some way. I'll have to wait in order to take a photo of the screen anyway.

I had a hunch so I enabled the mouse cursor and I noticed it's changing my resolution when I go full screen. Is there no way to turn this off in Studio?

I can confirm this problem:
my game in Windows fullscreen mode looks ugly - very ugly.
I have unsuccessfully tried all possible combinations of Windows options:
- Use synchronisation to avoid tearing
- Force software vertex processing
- Interpolate colors between pixels

No improvements.

The same game looks on Android and HTML5 far better.
