Hi! I have no idea if I can do some APK with just a small sample text and display on a website, because the license file does not show anything about it then I let here my question...
Am I breaking the license terms of Game Maker Studio making that?

Yes.

The Studio Beta explicitly forbids you from distributing anything made with it.

I't just a text saying "Super Maker" and nothing anymore.
Is still like that a crime?

"Crime" is a bit harsh... However technically you are in breach of the license agreement if you distribute anything that you make with it...

3.2. Stand-alone versions of Applications created with the Software can not be distributed without the prior written permission of YoYo Games Ltd.

Was your APK file created with Game Maker Studio? If so, then the APK falls under section 3.2 of the licence agreement. An APK file is a stand-alone application/program (sure, it's a container for files, but an app none-the-less.)

I have nothing against either one of you, NakedPaulToast nor Shadow10. I am hoping we can all co-exist, and thrive here together. We all have our good days, and our bad. Let's just leave this be in the past and move on as buddies. I have much to learn from you, and perhaps both of us can learn from Shadow10.

Guys, guys... Calm it... Futhark, NPT may not have the most endearing way of speaking at times, but (bless him) he is usually right in what he says and using sarcasm to get a point across is certainly not against the rules. As for you Shadow10, no exceptions. If YoYo games makes one for you, they have to make it for everybody. So, however laughable you may think it, that means you can´t make and distribute anything without previous consent from them, not even an apk that says "THIS IS A TEST" with the GameMaker:Beta logo all over it. Sorry.
