Re-do character sprite so its more pokemon-like style

20 points = Name Under "With Thanks" and free in-game item
70 points = Name Under "Graphical Assistance"
150 points = Name Under " Graphical Design"
300 points = Name Under "Lead Spriter" and any free in-game item or creature of choice
