"Out Of Memory" error on GM: Studio, not GM:HTML5

We can see that YoYoGames are not updating GM: HTML5 for awhile now, and our GameMaker: Studio has been updated much more, so we feel it is time to move over to the GM: Studio side, even though exporting .EXE is not supported yet, along side all the other exporting options. But here is our problem.
On GameMaker: HTML5, the export for both HTML5 and EXE work fine, however, when loading the project into GM: Studio, upon exporting, we encounter a "Out Of Memory" situation for every possible export. iOS, Android, OSX and Windows all draw the same error.
We have been around with GM: Studio since Alpha release, so we have been keeping track on all the updates and requests, however, we are unable to re-create this error on any other project, or from scratch, so we can't send a "example" of the error, apart from sending the project itself, which is an abnormal 500mb project.
Think you can help us?

500 MB shouldn't be an issue really. Maybe is not a "proper distribution filesize" for iOS and Android but at least should work on Windows & Mac.
And since it compiled on GM:HTML5, there's an issue with the compiler of GM:Studio.

You need to file a bug... make it private... put the file in your public Dropbox (or equivalent) and then put the link in the bug and we will take a look..

Oooh! You are in luck! Today's update has fixed this problem! Telling us what is not allowed in GM: Studio
- Sound name's cannot have spaces in them, we had a few
- The function variable_global_exists is now ended, we cannot use this anymore, I found this in my md5 script
- The function sleep(); is now ended, we cannot use this anymore, I found this in my oCoopStart in "Game End"
However, the game is covered in bugs. We'll go through them
Thanks again!
