You mean the animation is slow at first, and then after one cycle it runs at normal speed?

How many frames does the animation have? And what size is it? Does this happen with ALL animations, or just this one?

exactly ! run slow first, then after one cycle , runs normally ...
each animations has a different number of frames .. 25 frames (on average) ...
size : 256 x 256
this happen with all animations ! =/

Sounds like a loading issue -- with the first cycle running slowing while the browser loads the animation.

What happens with much smaller animations? (Like 16x16 with 10 frames, for example.) (EDIT: I realize you said "all animations"... but maybe all your animations are huge.)

Also, does it happen with all browsers, or just a particular one?

EDIT: clarify question.
