Hello mrokke96;
I think you should start by saying what you want the AI to do and the purpose of the game. You really need to give some more information about what you're wanting to achieve with the game, and specifically what you need people to help you code for the AI.

OK, what the game is all about is that you kill zombies(don't have any story yet), and what i want the AI to be like:
- Can spot enemies
- They can shoot at enemies
- Walk around(around the player, but so they can walk in front and shoot ect(move free with other words, but still some distance to the player))
- They don't have to take cover, but thats up to you guys
- They are like ordinary soldiers fighting zombies

The AI should with other words help me out and i should help they when they are in trouble
hope that helps!

What you should do is:
Write down a step by step guide of what you want to happen in your game:
- Load Player
- Move player
- Keep him located near player

Once you've done that, browse the forums to find bits of code which is needed to accomplish each task and make sure it works, once you've done that, you can use it all together to make it work.

What I do in most my designs.
