I submitted a support ticket and they said to post here.
I click to open the application, and it wont open. I see that its listed in my processes but after about 2 minutes it closes unexpectedly(I never actually see the app window, just the error popup). Its been like this since i installed GM Studio beta. I need to use GM html5 because it has functions gm studio does not, so that i can finish a project for a client.
Cant open HTML5

You may need to re-install GM:HTML5. Old studio beta use to mess up HTML, but shouldnt now.

I did reinstall game maker html5, didn't change a thing.

Same here. First installed GMS beta a few weeks ago and last week I bought GM:Html5. Installed that and both start just fine.
