The idea seem to be working; currently there's no reports or stuff for me to work on. I'll surf around and see if I find some bad content around that's not reported yet... but in the meantime I'll try to produce some plain content. That's the idea. I hope a lot of fresh faces and an active group of Globals will reduce the overall workload and help maintain normal posting levels for all. We sometimes go too long between staff infusions which creates burnout and throws the posting / moderating ratio way out of balance. I'd like to see more frequent staff rotations in the future.
Not to be alarmist, but it's something our new staff should be wary of. I post much, much less than used to and would like to. I'm trying to turn that around because my joy for the community comes from being able to help other members through regular posting.

Ummm... before you even think of considering to wonder about pondering over whether or not you may possibly sort of ever become a moderator, I would recommend learning to use full stops
Kind of ironic that you ended that sentence with an emoticon.

Glad to see that. You weren't active in Game Design for a few days after becoming a moderator... had me worried.I'll surf around and see if I find some bad content around that's not reported yet... but in the meantime I'll try to produce some plain content.
btw, I can't reach you by PM -- not sure why. Could you check your settings and make sure nobody is accidentally blocked?

Quite a few people call me YAL with big letters, thinking that I'm a NAL wannabe.I look forward to people talking about Yal, the local moderator and YAL, the local moderator.
I personally look forward to discussions like this:
Dude1: "Hey, you."
Dude2: "Yeah?"
Dude1: "Is YAL's avatar blinking or am I getting crazy?"
Dude2: *Goes on staring at YellowAfterLife's headbanging lynx avatar*
Dude2: "No, it just headbangs."
Dude1: <insert hilarious reaction here>

You are? Even though your profile says you're from London? Hmm.... Well, you're a global mod, so my point stands

Well, there's something called moving, hehe.
Some people mistake me as Canadian too, from my time spent in Canada. Now it seems some people are mistaking me as British! But in the end, someone as evil as me could only come from one place...
