Locomalito and others?

Has anybody heard of Locomalito? From what I've seen no. This guy has made amazing games with game maker but he is practically unknown here.
He's made stuff like Hydorah which is an amazing shmup, 8 Bit killer which was pretty cool and Viriax. Hell, there's even a game that you can play with the 3d glasses Here
He may not be on the gmcg, but it's still worth a good mention. These are the kinds of examples people should mention when they talk about shmups or platformers etc.
Does anybody else know any similar cases like this?

forum, but I still think its kindof pathetic.
I have played one of those games: 8 bit killer. It was pretty fun, not really my thing, but nicely made. Viriax looks boring to me, and Hydorah not my game.
Still....looks like quality stuff!

Coincidentally, is there a list of games authored with GM anywhere, either here (GMC) or elsewhere?
Many authors do not mention that their games are made in GM, so it might not be the easiest list of games to make but would be interesting to read through.
I liked Locomalito's Abbaye Des Morts, mainly because I grew up with the Sinclair Spectrum, and Abbaye captures the Speccy-feel just perfectly.

ExactlyI personally don't think there is anything wrong with mentioning games made with GM on here, mainly because I am interested in seeing what can actually be made with GM.

Another awesome new game made with GM is Gunpoint. Awesome looking game by Tom Francis.
Edit: The other guys in this thread seem to suffer from a bit of jealousy and maybe even a bit of "No one noticed my game". Don't let them ruin your thread. If a mod says it's not appropriate then so be it. I imagine Yoyo themselves would love to know there is another quality developer out there using their software.

He made VVVVVV in Adobe Flash, then rewrote it to C++. I don't think GM was involved in VVVVVV's development at all...Terry Cavanaugh has used GM quite a bit as well. He made VVVVVV with GM. I think he ended up re-writing it in C++ for one reason or another but it began with GM. Check his site out, some games if not most were made with GM.

I thought I was certain but, after doing a bit of searching ... you're right! I'm not sure why I thought I read that somewhere and I never bothered to back it up. My apologies, previous post edited! Thanks for the info +1
You may be thinking of spelunky, which is getting rewritten/sequel being made for XBLA

Yeah I'm pretty sure it was Linux CaptainLepidus. I remember reading something about it somewhere.
I'm pretty sure you mean Linux, right?
I'm fairly certain that Windows was created with Game Maker.
Linux was made with GM, but it used a DLL so I don't think that counts. Windows was pure-GML as far as I know.
Guys..stop it..hehe:))seriously maybe someone belives it..GameMaker was made in GM:D:))this is from where it started.

Anyway, I believe Dustforce was made with GM. At least in the earlier parts. Now it's up on steam. I tried it once in a really early state.

The prototype of Dustforce was made in GM. The full version that you see on Steam was made from scratch.Ugh... Okay, Nocturne, just for you.

@Nocturne - Stealth Bastard look amazing, I've just downloaded about to load it up and give it a play!
@jakobs98 - Dustforce looks great too, I love that art style and the gameplay looks very fun. I'll have to look it up.
