How can you make a play counter?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering how I could do this I want a tutorial on how to make the game have a play counter so everytime you open the game at the opening it says This Game Has Been Played: 00000 times how could I do this any suggestions? :smile:

Clockwork is a perfectly safe website run by a member of this community. And anyway, what is there to steal? The only personal detail they will need is your email address, which you've probably already handed out more times than you can remember anyway.

In other words, no.

Besides, you have to see everything that they code for your game, and you have to put it in the game code. Meaning that they can't take code w/o you knowing. Which wouldn't happen anyways, unless they were really creative and determined. Because - wait for it ... ... ... now! - ALL THEIR SCRIPTS ARE IN GML, ALSO!
