It's much too late for proper release notes, but there's a new version up on the download link.

It's much improved, and most importantly, has a new play mode. Challenge mode is all about placing and re-arranging 25 random cards to make the best score possible.

Tickle Dice is basically finished. I'm going to shut down all of the links next week, but would love some final feedback from this community.
