I am starting production on a new isometric social type game, everything is going to be block style and grid based however I havnt decided on dimensions yet. The game will be online, realtime and room based. Meaning, it is almost mmorpg style but I use that term lightly. The game will be web-based and free to play, however will feature paid content for VIP items in game, and additional VIP rooms and content.
All positions are paid, based on revenue sharing for final product and updates, as well as compensation checks throughout production. I do not pay per-image or per-script because Im looking to team members, not contractors. I (RaynoVox) will be the team leader, and I have one more person with me for design.
To apply to be a graphics artist, you must be pretty dedicated, meaning I will be needing graphics on the fly, I wont wait days for something unless its huge. I require consistent quality and nothing done half-*** or lazy. Please PM me with an isometric image choose your own style and size and a few variations or a character to use in the game, as well as a 1 isometric in game item, such as a chair or a carpet piece ect.
To apply to be a programmer, my skills include marketing mostly, as well as programming but I am in no way any type of expert. I am looking for a dedicated team member to lead in the programming of the game. To help in the labor as well as supplement where I am weak in programming (Networking mostly). This is a new account but I am in no way new to game maker. And be creative enough to add content and cool ideas and features without being asked. As well as additional not lead programming positions.
I believe the positions with promised revenue sharing are valid because I have the Marketing ability as well as the access to resources to make the game a success. I am very excited about this project and cannot wait to start it.
