I have made this game for the last month and I would like to know what you guys think about it and give me some advice.

also I am looking for an original name :D

Its okay, but there isn't really a lot to make it stand out at the moment. There's zillions of games with the same exact concept.

I like it! Obviously the help button leads to the F1 screen, which is empty, but other than that, everything works perfectly.

Here are some ideas:
Some obstacles to avoid
Powerup/multipliers to pick up
Variable sized target bars
Gaps between the target bars/offset vertically target bars
Score based on how high up you hit the target bar

Just some idle thoughts.

I hope you keep going with this, it's nice to see something that is basically complete in the form it is (in that everything works from start to finish).

Good luck furthering this,
