Aww, I thought this game was about a dancing type of ball. You know, a school ball or a yuletide ball.
It's quite obvious that you're new to 3D, but you're quite decent at the programming part. I think there's room for optimizing the drawing stuff, because the game is quite laggy. Are you using really small wall squares to build long walls? If so, you could save loads of instance processing by making big walls and floors for the long corridors and stuff.
Also, the color sheme is too bright! You should experiment a bit with e.g. taking colors from a JPEG photo or something, because the normal palette colors are eye-hurting. Plus, the yellow isn't really pleasing to look at, you should use either warm green and red colors or cold blue-gray colors. You could use different color schemes for different worlds, too, which would give the game a lot more variety really cheaply. And also add e.g. flamethrowers and lava pits with jumping fireballs in the fire world, falling icicles in the ice world, monkeys that hurl rocks at you in the jungle world, maybe a crocodile(alligator that hunts you trough a no-way-back corridor, and so on. There's lots of room for more variety in this game. Maybe I'm just too easily bored.
