Temporary fix for floating point value error

Well this may seem rather obvious but this will fix the issue of the floating point value error,go to Windows Control Panel ---> Clock, Language, and Region --> Region and Language --> Change the date, time, or number format --> Additional Settings Button ---> In the Decimal Symbol box change it for a point ---> Press Apply Button

good fix, but the actual fixed version is being uploaded even as i type. should be ready in about 20 -30 minutes. Again sorry that this issue arose at all.
