The games aren't hosted on-site, they are linked to. Therefore, the site leads to more traffic for your game.

Dangerous Dave is correct - The games are not hosted on my site. A listing on my site will include a picture of your game, a small description, and a link back to your site. In order for anyone to play your game they will have to click on the link and visit your site. The benefit to you would be additional and free traffic to your game.
