Effect of depth on priority of code execution

Is there a way to create an object which has it's creation event executed first? I know largest depth is DRAWN first but does that mean that its code gets executed first?

My goal is to run a program(Debug program) right when the game finishes loading. This should be the first code that is executed. How can i do this?

this link show how to open creation code box for objects creation code (have object tab open in room editor, then hold ctrl and right click a object)

creation code performs before create event, the room also got a creation code box ..
