i just built a new computer:
Win 7 64bit
i7 2600 3.4Ghz
16Gb DDR3 RAM
64Gb SSD
9.5TB of HDD space
Radeon 6970 2Gb
1000Watt Platinum PSU
Asus P8 Z68-V Pro motherboard
3 x 24"LED Benq monitors
Thermaltake LV10 GT Snow Edition Case

I use Gamemaker v8.0 pro,
And i cant get mplay to work LAN on it at all, the game i made works on every other computer except this one. i have no firewall or anti-virus turned on but it still cant connect to session.
please help me, is there something that could be blocking it or something? i have the same software installed on my other computers/laptops and mplay still works for them.

Edit:
ok it seems that it may be somthing wrong with my network, i disconect the computer from the network and mplay will work.
i use a netgear N600 Gigabit ADSL2+ modem/router and all computers are default auto-ip obtaining.
any input would be of great help, thank you.

Edit: (FIX?)
I installed Hamachi on my computer and now mplay works, why is this so? hamachi does not even have to be running, it seems just installing hamachi made mlpay work.
can someone please explain why this hapend?

Thanks for the suggestion but i have already made the entire game in Mplay, it would take to long to re-do all the gml.
so if anyone knows why hamatchi made Mplay work on my LAN plz let me know.
i have tryed my game on other networks (at uni) and it works perfect!
so its just my home network that needs Hamatchi on the comps for it to connect properly.
