Good model of Lara, it looks a lot like her from the back.

Is she supposed to walk really slow or is that my computer? Also, some of the wall textures have some kind of watermark on them?

Screenshots look good, they remind me of the level in Chronicles; the one in Rome, Italy.
If you made that model yourself then I must say keep it up this is looking amazing as it is already!

one thing I have to say...make something original.
you're using a copyright character and your textures have names all over them.

Ok, I modeled everything myself  If you mean Lara Croft character itself, I like the serie and really want to create my own tomb raider game!
I'll sure make an adventure totally made by me, but will keep with the original context
I see no harm, espacelly if everything is made by me! (I modeled lara, and animated her myself :ninja: )

Any way, I'll be adding other features, and really want to accomplish this project

About the texture, I don't entend to keep with those! I 'll change them!

I posted this demo to check for bugs/mistakes that you can find! Hope I'll have more Nice replies

Being a huge Lara fan, you really need to fix those tits and shoulders. Especially the tits. Yeah.

Also, the gameplay felt really weird, as if you were putting priority on the look of the animations and then tuning the gameplay around it. Jumping (and general movement as a whole) is Lara's most important skill, and here it just isn't where it should be.

And the controls, yo. Why the arrow keys with space to jump, when the mouse controls the camera?

The model is divided, arms+head and the rest of the body together! So you see I can't do much about that  Yes, you pointed directly to the problem, I started the game with lara animations  and then created the gameplay ! I'll sure do some oprtimizations  About the jumping, you can see it's divided into 3 animations! (jumping up/falling/landing) but I'll repair the 1st animation, I don't like it tha way it is now

Edit
The controls are awfull, but I'm planning to make a nice combination !
 Thax for the reply! I'll take all you said guys in consideration !

That's cool, but I mean more so the actual model design. The tits jut out like they're erect! :P

I'm glad you're working on the controls. I would say to forget all animations for now and just get the feel of the game with a static model, and then build your animations off of that. Then not only will the game play nicely, but it will additionally look nice to boot.

I really want to see where you will take this!
