I can suggest two that I had really good experience with and use,
www.networksolutions.com Great uptime and you don't even notice when server maintenance is going on. A little pricey but worth it. It's my current choice so far.
www.servergrove.com The support is great in this one, really personalized and they add features upon request. Dedicated VPS hosting is one of the best here.
I've also been with awardspace.com in the past, they had a lot of server issues and downtimes though. Support was a little delayed as well.
To do justice, they offer completely free hosting with nearly no restrictions or ads and really low-priced hosting packages. It might be a good host to try and experiment with or stay for a while until you decide if it's worth to upgrade or move on.

I truly can not interpret whatever that is you're trying to pass off as a "sentence".
Maiahost is an excellent host. I've been with them for 3 years.

I prefer paying for a VPS and managing my website that way. Gives more control and freedom.
