You can't yet, but if you purchase GM:HTML5 now you can make HTML5 games which can be made into apps
It is currently 100$ but if you buy it now you will get Studio for free when it is out.

if you buy game maker html5 you get game maker studio with windows, html5, and mac export options.... ios, android, and other export options will be sold separately as add on packages..
