About me: I've been using FL Studio 9 to produce music since I first discovered it in 2009 after being frustrated by the lack of power in my old midi composing program, and recently, FL Studio 10 ever since its release. I can make an extremely large variety of music styles and sounds due to my MASSIVE collection of VSTs and sound libraries that allow me to make virtually anything. Just name it. orchestral, techno, ambient, hip-hop. I can make it. Any feeling, happy, sad, lonely, angry, pumped up, dangerous. I can give it any mood you can think of.

Listen to some things I've made in the past: http://soundcloud.com/jakobe1
The ones towards the bottom of the page are newer. There are just some examples, I can make a much larger variety.

If you want to listen to more things I've made (many not video game related) visit my newgrounds page: http://jakobepaulobe.newgrounds.com/

Now I'm going to try to cut this short, as you are probably getting bored from reading my info. I have a form of course, to keep things as accurate to your desire as possible.

Genre: (Orchestral, Techno, Ambient, Rock, Hip-hop, etc.)
Mood: (Happy, Sad, Spacey, Scary, Motivating, Trippy, etc.)
Length: (Try to give me a range of time to end it in, not just a specific number. Ex: 2:00 - 2:30 min. long)
Looped: (Yes, No)
Visual Aid: ...aka screenshot would be helpful if possible. Not required.
Format: WAV, MP3, OGG, MIDI (lower quality sound for midi obviously)
MP3 Quality: (MP3 only, kbps: 64,80,96,112,128,160,192,224,256, [It will be 128 if not given])
Other information: (optional, but important if you want specific things such as a violin intro, guitar solo.. you get the point.)

Please allow me time to finish the song you have requested. I will most likely have it finished in anywhere between 1-14 days. It will take shorter or longer depending on what you are asking for. Please try to keep your requests to 1 song at a time per person. After I have finished what you have asked for, you may request more.

If you would like an entire soundtrack, please contact me separately in a PM or email: Jakep34@gmail.com

Credit is strongly appreciated, but not required.

@Alex - Yes that should be enough information. 5 minutes? That's pretty long. I'll see what I can come up with. It may take some time because of the length requested.

Let's face it, many of the amateurs on these forums claim to be "Professional" when it comes to music composing and producing when they are no such thing. I believe I can do better. I'm not claiming to be a professional, as I am not. I don't do this for a living, although I have won money from competitions with my music. I believe I can make better music than many of the people here who claim to do a professional job.

I'm not saying your music isn't what you claim it to be, but seriously, stop bagging the other composers of this community, and that includes me.

If you've ever heard a song by Evano, Nijg, Lamplighter or any of the countless other individuals who devote their time to making music, not for the money, but because they love doing it, you will realise that they are as amateurish as you think and I haven't seen a single composer here claim to be professional when they are not.

I just believe this forum is being overrun lately with people claiming to be professionals when they are no such thing. Please do not take offense. I do not claim to be a professional, as stated in my information.

I do, however, believe that the term "professional" needs to stop be thrown around so lightly by anyone on this forum that believes they have a talent in music. I believe if you are making a living on your music, than you can call yourself a professional, or your music "professional quality". Otherwise, I don't believe you should do so, and what you are saying is false advertising.

@AgentDD and @epicfish, I would like to apologize for offending you, as you are both good music composers and producers.

I would like to apologize to anyone who has taken offense to my topic, and I will change it so as to make it likely to cause offense.

Agree with you on that one.
Seems like I slightly misunderstood what you were trying to say

@A!ex, finally got your request done. Sorry for the wait, I tried to give it a similar feeling and style as the song in the link (great game by the way) and it took some time to get the kind of sound I wanted. Let me know what you think, I can change it up if needed.

Genre: Ambient
Mood: Scary(fast paced)
Length: 2:00-2:50
Looped: No
Visual Aid:Here
Format: Midi
MP3 Quality: *
Other information: In the beginning, start it slow, and then progressively faster blend in a slower pace and lastly at the end try to include a type of resident evil feeling to it. Almost as if you were in a zombie infested city on your way to evac, then finally get to evac and see the evac crew is gone. I think you know what I mean. :)

If you're not feeling what I'm trying to explain, try to make it sound something like this.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FtAjC_hAPVc
Thanks again!

Really hope you can do this!
I will also include credits in my horror game for you. :D

@Dragonsamurai776, I'll get going on your requests soon, should be simple enough.

@Tyrannosaurus rex, what exactly do you mean by echo effect? I'm a bit confused.

@DannyIsSoPro, I think I understand how you want it to sound, I'll get working on it soon.

What I meant by echo is the quality of the sound that you hear in the cinema. Its loud and vibrating and makes you feel the loud boom box speakers they use for their movies. Anyhow, if its difficult emulate, then forget it.

Looped: Yes

Other information: I want it to sound a lot like this: http://www.youtube.c...h?v=Ws29mtfOgHQ

Not much sounds going on, this is going to be used as a pause menu theme.
The one you made me previously is going to be used for credits.

Make it sound similar to the music you made me previously. Because I want all the sounds to match the game, and to match eachother. Like the YouTube link sounds simular to to the one i sent you before.
