Elevator Simulator

Experience Elevator control like you've never experienced before! How long can you elevate for?

Elevator Simulator is an arcade style game where you try to move people between floors whilst dealing with an increasing number of floors, hazards and traps. Use the up key to move up and release to move down (similar to 'Helicopter' games).

A neat concept! I do have a few issues, mostly with the interface. I have to use arrow keys to move to play, then press space to play. The other two buttons I'm allowed to click on to play. And then to submit my score, I press enter. You should let me click on the play button to play, and choose either enter or space, don't switch between them. Simplicity is key!

I also noticed you're using my high score example, good to see it's being used :)

Hey thanks the feedback. I've cleaned up the interface a bit so you can use enter or space (except when submitting high scores so you can use spaces in the name). I forgot to add the mouse click for the play game button, so added that!

Oh and your high score example was done really well! Thanks for making that!

Very cool! Good stuff! The graphics seem to be a bit mish-mashed though.

Liked the game.

The music was to loud and to harsh, it overwhelmed the gameplay. Won't play again because of it.

Which reminds me, the music stopped at some point. I know it was there, but then I think the song finished, and it didn't loop. On Chrome.

Thanks for the response everyone!

Desert Dog - Did the graphics myself and I'll hold my hands up to not being consistent with them, couldn't draw shops at all! (Which I think is the most out-of-place graphic). Not sure why the sound would stop if it wasn't muted, should loop so I'll have a look at that.

NakedPaulToast - Yeah the music is purposefully a bit OTT, however can be turned off on the main menu by clicking the music note in the bottom right or by pressing the 'M' key.

Elevator Source is nothing like this. E:S is more about just the random things you see and experience while in an elevator.

Well as long as there's no laser beams in that, I'm happy!
