does anyone know how to read the html of a URL? I need this for a web browser I am making (without tiniweb). :GM123:

If you just want to get the plain HTML code, see the HTTP download example that comes with 39DLL. If you actually want to render the page, let me point you to the w3c site and wish you good luck.

I know how to render the page, I am going to use a adapted version of davve's draw_tag_text() script to draw it. thanks for helping :thanks:

39DLL can do it. So can Ether. So can the HTTPv2 DLL (this is what it was designed to do). So can GMSock (if that's still around at all). Basically, any Internet DLL can handle it. Perhaps search next time?
