Is there any way to apply a "wavy" filter to the screen? I'm looking for a way to visually signify that the action is taking place under water.
I only really need to be able to apply this to the whole screen at one time, though if I could restrict the effect to portions of the screen that would be even better.
Wavy screen effect (as in heat haze/under water)?

Yep, there are you.
Here's a tutorial which I 'believe' will have the effect you want. Otherwise, keep digging in the tutorial section.

This is great. I'll spend a bit of time messing with it, see if I can't lift some code for my own needs.
Thanks a bunch
