Is there a program that can convert my HTML5 game to iOS like PhoneGap but can run on a windows platform? I know gm:studio will do this, but for now I'd like to keep it cheaper. I've heard of titanium studio and it can do it but that program needs some sort of extensions or 3rd party software in order to export to iOS *.ipa format. But that really hasn't been working for me since I can't seem to find the extension. And I dont own a Mac wich is my biggest issue with phoneGap, phoneApp, nimble kit, and others.

Why would you want to do this when GM:HTML5 can export natively for Windows? I want it to be on iOS, but the program to convert it needs to be for windows if there is any such program.

Oh I see what you mean; I didn't read your post carefully enough. The short version: You cannot develop an iOS application without owning a Mac and being a part of Apple's developer program.
The long version:
Phonegap actually has a service called "phonegap build" that will compile a Phonegap application for you to all of the platforms it supports. (available here: https://build.phonegap.com/ ) The problem is that before it can build an iOS application, it requires you to have a certificate, something you get when you join Apple's developer program after paying the yearly fee. Sorry, it doesn't seem there's anyway around this, regardless of what tool you use to develop for iOS. The only thing you can really do right now is test your game/app on your device without building a native application by using Safari to navigate to where it is hosted. Besides, to submit to Apple's app store you will need to be a member of their developer program anyway, and you can also only submit an app from a Mac (although this last part isn't too hard to get around).
