I like both of those games about the same. I really liked Megaman X, and I also really liked some of the Castlevanias. They are in the same category for me. Not my favorite games, but I like them still. If I was forced to choose one though... I think I would pick... Castlevania... simply because there are more Castlevania titles that I liked.
