Gaming 404 by MakerOfTheGames and Speedchuck: This game is very odd. It starts out like gaming 101, then moves on to a yellow and green room, with a pretty difficult platform level ( Nice music in there ). After that it takes you through two more types of game, lots of false endings and final bosses (all of which pretty hard) and lots more. This game was pretty good, but not as good as gaming 101. I give it a 6/10 overall rating
Money running out by free_napalm: This game was a good concept, but poorly executed on the whole. Teleporting through light sockets is an interesting idea, and if done well it could make for a fun game. The first challange was actually pretty clever. I got past it by stacking up all the coins and rolling them little by little to the motion detectors, but it was very slow and tedious. Then when I tried to advance to the next room, I fell off the edge of the screen. This game had potential, but was too buggy to really be fun to play. 3/10
Dissilution by TrueValhalla: Very nice game, I like the tranquil atmosphere. I didn't really like the fighting system, it seemed like it didn't respond right away when you pressed the attack key. The ending was good, the platforming okay, and the music awesome. I give it a toal rateing of 7/10
Duality by TheSnidr and Zekka: This game was very impressive. It was made in 72 hours? I couldn't make this game in 72 days! However there are a couple of problems with it. The fist and formost being that when I play it, I get motion sickness. I have to quit about five minutes in to prevent myself getting nausios. Other than that, there is another problem. If you look up or down, the view kind of snaps back to the center. It gets quite annoying on the level with all the bouncy plates. Overall a very well-designed game, and one that is very well polished with a great atmosphere. But one that I cannot play for more than five minutes at a time. Overall rating: 8/10
Bots by Ivaxlar: This game was... eh... Interesting. When I opened it up, I saw a menu. There was a quest thing, which I clicked, and a little green bar filled all the way up. I contenued to do things in the vain, till it wouldn't let me, cause it said it needed rum. I clicked the craft rum button and contenued. After another minute it said I needed another thing. I tried to craft this but it wouldn't let me. This game is not really fun. Or engaging. I'm sure with some work it could be all thise things, but I don't think it's quite done yet. Maybe it each 'quest' had a minigame attached to it or something. I dunno. 2/10
Shadow runner by Fireball16 and Zesterer: This game has very polished graphics, but I didn't really like it. There should have been music during the main game part. It would push you to do better. It was kind of disheartening to just hear the constint 'Hup' of you jumping. It did have nice graphics and animations, though and I always love online highscores. I personally didn't get engaged, but I'm sure lots of others have I'll give it an overall of 5/10
Water, water, water by orange08: This game, though nice looking, is, in reality, not a game. It is an interactive ending finder. That being said, I like it. The graphics were nice, the story was clever and the music was good, though unfitting. I give this game an overal rating of 6/10
Julius Dragonslayer by Wakeskater_X, IceMetalPunk, and TheUltimate: This game was pretty good. It had nice graphics, good music, and interesting use of theme. I didn't like the fighting system, and the penelty for dieing was too harsh. The concept was good, and the execution was okay. But I didn't have that much fun playing it. All the peices were there, but I just didn't want to keep on playing after five or ten minutes. Maybe that's just me though. I give it an overall rating of 7/10
Bubble by Rusty: At first, when I played this game, I thought it was just a long complecated system of menus designed as a facade to the fact that there was no game. Eventually, though, I did find the game, and it was okay. Kind of minigame-ish, but fun. The controls were slippery, and I never got more than 500 points on the hardest difficulty, but that was because I chose the hardest difficulty. But, as I have already said, the menu is complacated. 4/10
ICTOAT By snail_man: This is, hands down, the best game in the jam! Everybody should vote for it!
50/10
Okay, I'm bored. From now on, I'm doing alphabetical.Agency by Sondar: This game is pretty good, but when I clicked the 'Frisco mission, it said going to rome. I beat the mission, and it gave me an error

The main game was okay, but I couldn't jump while I was shooting which was annoying.
Overall: 6/10
Bair by NicroGames: This game was fun. I played for about seven minutes before I died, and got maybe 700 pts. The graphics were okay, the music was good and fitting, and the gameplay was simple, yet fun. Overall: 7/10
Bak-Lush by Desttinghim: I didn't really get this game. Whenever I turned into a demon, it said game over. I got a highscore of about ten, but I didn't really like the game much. Overall: 4/10
BallX by Imperial games: Nice little arcade, bit buggy though. The enemies should appeir offscreen then roll on. You should also stop rolling while jumping, and variable jumping would be nice. Overall, the music was cool but unfitting, the gameplay was moderately fun, but it lacked polish. 4/10
Boximus my Harrk: This is a good game. I played it all the way to the end. The graphics were good, the music was okay and the gameplay was cool. It was fun and enaging and polished and I enjoyed every minute of it. Overall, I rate it an 8/10
Breaking the Facade by Zligger1: This was a nice puzzler with nice music, challanging gameplay, and an impressive number of levels for a 72 hour timeframe. I enjoyed playing it, and hope to get back to it in future. The graphics were okay and fit, and the atmosphere was great. 7/10
I have noticed a trend of my reviews getting shorter, I apologize in advance to the author of You Monster, if the current pattern continues, your review will only be five words long O.oCellz by HgameGuy: I enjoyed playing this game, and the graphics were pretty nice. I never actually lost, but I got to training level 13 i think (Why are there so many training levels?). The menu was okay, and I couldn't have the sound on so I don't know about the music. Overall, I had fun. 6/10
City Mania by Ahmed#Elyamani: I didn't really like this game, but I didn't hate it. Unfortunalely, there were many spelling errors, including Nodels (noodles) and Moeny (money). The music was also annoying, and in the house building game, it was really annoying when the view moved up so you couldn't see the last brick you placed. I like building cities, but This game wasn't polished, and too buggy to really stand out. With some work, though, it could be a nice fun city-building game. 4/10
Clown Fish Coffee by DarkClower and Tribbe: This game had a lot of potential, but I had to quit after five minutes because of the problems. The first of these being the fact that shooting a cookie with coffee only damages it
very slowly. Because of this, when I got the the floating platforms, I only had two lives left. I lost one when the first cookie attacked me. I lost the other one when the second cookie attacked me. The jumping also seemed slightly buggy, but that didn't irk me quite as much as the fact that I couldn't seem to defeat the easiest enemy in the game. It was sad, because the game looked fun, too.

5/10
DaFace by Exar3000 Wow... This game is beyond discription. That's hard to accomplish. I take my proverbial hat off to you. 6/10 because it was oddly cool.
Dawn of Nightmares by Mads2194 Wow... this game was pretty scary. I'm generally not the type to be scared by computer games but... wow. I couldn't get to the end. I couldn't take the tension, but, very well done. I commend you. 8/10 for exellent craftsmanship.
Defend! by ariugh: This game looked pretty cool. It had good graphics, and the concept was good. It had no music or sound effects, but that was okay. The main problem was the completely undocumented controls. When you press f1, it gives you a blank screen. I eventually found how to build defences, but I still didn't know how to make enemies attack. It was too bad, and I am willing to try it again if I ever figured it out, but I just couldn't play. 3/10 for the time being.
Don't Judge a Building By It's Facade by Irfanfox: This game was okay, though a little repetive. You jump on evil monster's heads to kill them, getting money. you can use the money to buy healh. It's pretty simple, moderately polished, and has no music. The sound effects were slightly annoying, but not overly so. I played for a while and got 800 coins or so. It was okay, but didn't really stand out from the hoard. Okay, I have a chronic problem about not scrolling through options and missing whole pages of other stuff. I played this again, and it was a lot more fun once I knew I could buy swords and ?????? pills. I got to the end, and it was pretty good, but I wondered what happened to the guy after that. Did he escape? Die? Live in the building forevermore? I'll bump my rating up to a healthy 6/10
Dungeon Deciever by Keevor: This game was pretty good, though extremely hard. The music was repetative, and got slightly annoying, but fit the game well. It was tough to operate he mouse and the arrow keys at the same time. It would have been better to use WASD instead. I beat the first level, but got stuck on the second one. It might have been better if, instead of using squares to detect you, the enemies would us cones of sight. Overall I give it a 6.5/10
Eulophoria by MrScience00: I liked this game, and was determened to reach the end. I don'r know why, but I just wanted to. However, I do not like invisible or fake blocks. They always seem unfair. The story was odd and random, but I liked it nonetheless. I'll give it an overall 6.75/10
Eveelution by Alex1101: A standerd tower defence game, pretty fun but there were a couple problems. Most importantly, after a few minutes, the sounds from your turrets became so layered and annoying that you couldn't hear the music and I eventually had to turn off the sound lest I go insane. Other than that, it was pretty good. It would have been nice to see the enemies have different abilities (eg. Shooting, speed, explosive etc.) Overall a pretty good game. 6/10
Facade by Skullsoft: An interesting game, not much to do though. It was pretty easy to win, and whenever I tried to arrest someone, the cops got the wrong person. Not bad, but not great either. 5/10
Face-Ace by Joh: A nice little puzzle-platform game. It was fun and challanging, the music was good, the graphics were alright. All the gameplay elements seemed well thought out, and none of them seemed out of place, or overpowered. I got ace on most levels, but didn't beat the game. It had a lot of levels for a 72 hour game. overall, 7/10
Fake Date by ShinyJiggly: Another interesting not-quite-game. It was more of an interactive story than a game, it had a couple minigames, and the graphic style was cool. The music was okay, and the story.......interesting. I won't spoil the end, but nothing is as it seems. Overall: 5/10
Fake Guide by The Puzzle: This game was interesting. It was a platformer, coupled with interesting narration and fairly-mediocre graphics. The jumping was very buggy, as when you pressed any key in midair, your vspeed would imidiatly set to zero. The narration was mildly entertaining, and kept me playing for a few levels, but it got annoying when you finished the level before the talking was done cause of all the overlaying tracks. Overall it was an interesting game, and I enjoyed playing it, but it was really much too buggy, and the graphics lacked, somewhat. 4/10
Falling for Milk by 11Clock: A nice, fun game, with a strong game mechanic. It would have been nice if the fall meter was a little more forgiving, but I eventually beat the game. It's simple arcade-style graphics were at odds with the overly-dramatic soundtrack, though they both magicly seemed to fit. The gameplay was fun, but challanging. The connection to the theme was tenuous, but existant. Overall I give it a solid 8/10.
Faykade by HayManMarc: THis game reminded me of my second game. Well, maybe my fourth game. I don't know. At any rate, it brought back fond memories. Unfortunately, that was one of the only redeeming qualitys. The graphics were okay, the one sound got annoying real fast, and after I killed every enemy in the room including the boss... Well, I won't spoil it for you.
Overall: 3/10
Feet of Clay by Blake I really liked this game. I have always been a fan of the platform adventure genre, and nice music makes it even better. The superb graphics of a platform adventure game enhance it even further. Overall: 5/10
Fix It by ThatSnail A nice little puzzle-platformer. It had a nice engaging story and it's connection to the theme was very well done. I couldn't beat some levels, but luckily ThatSnail left me a skip button (Ctrl). The graphics were minimilistic, but I like that. The one sound effect got annoying after a while, and there was a bug. If you huld up while under a block, you hang there until you let go. Overall I thought it deserved a fair 7/10
FountanFace by MasterOfHisOwnDomain Very nice game...I could tell the words must have taken for ever to do for each level. I played for a while, but got stuck on a level and ran out of time. The music fit well, and was quite nice. The character changed each level, which was a nice touch. The graphics, other than the words were simple and clean. Overall I give it 6/10
Hallucinogun by Nal: A nice, lighthearted FPS (That's not always easy to do). The music was good and fit, thae gameplay was simple, but pretty fun. It gave me a slight headache (Much like Duality) but it was by no means unplayable. The graphics were okay, a couple things look rather unprofessional, and quickly done (eg. the money boxes) but overall a very nice game. 7/10
Gaming404 by MakerOfTheGames and speedc- wait... I already did this one.
I Love My Wife by Blopit: A nice platformer, the rotating platforms didn't bother much the first time I played but this time... Anyway. I didn't really see how it linked to a facade, but it probably did in some way or another. The engine was flawless, and it was pretty fun, but I wish there was an auto save system insted of the F5/ F6 keys. This ment you could just spam F5 and when you got into danger, load. It's decently long, and I won eventually. The graphics were okay. Cartoon-y and drawn in the GM sprite editor/MS paint.

. The music was an okay .midi, it didn't really strike you as awesome, but it didn't get annoying either. Overall I give it a 7/10 for a clean but of platforming.
Katie's Flight to the Netherlands by Zeddidragon: A nice little scrolling shooret with a unique twist. It was very fun, and I loved the graphical style. I can't remember my score, maybe I'll try again later. The enemies seemed well designed. There was an invisable wall halfway accross the screen, which was annoying, and the voice clip at the start is funny, but wrong. Pressing Z does nothing. Only J will start the game. There was no music, but I loved the sounds. Overall: 7/10
Mario Norris Kart by Yal: An alright game. though having almost no connection to the theme, this game was pretty fun. the psydo-3D was pretty good and it was a nice classic racing game. The physics were alright, and it ran really fast. The music was okay, and the graphics were pretty good also. Overall, I give it a 6/10
Masked Awesomeness by Faissalloo: Hmm. This game was a bit too buggy to really be enjoyable. The platform engine was very buggy, as I got stuck in blocks almost every time I jumped. The premise was okay, but the police men were really annoying. Also the lack of a restart key made me have to reload the entire game several times. The music, though okay, restarted every level which was
extremely annoying. Overall, it was way too buggy for it's own good, and I couldn't enjoy it in it's current form. 2/10
Masks of Dukhovu by True_Predator A game with lots of potential. I found it moderately fun, until I couldn't accuse anymore. I don't know why...I had nine gold coins.....ah well. The gameplay was pretty fun, the graphics were very nice, the music was okay. I felt it would have benifitted from having more than one sound effect ("Hoyah") and more gameplay and items might have been good too. Also a way to unmask villagers (maybe a special item) would be good. Overall, I give it a 6/10
Modern Hero by Bruce Collins: This game was alright. The music was pretty nice, the graphics were well done, the engine could have been better. My hands were not happy when I learned of the 'arrows + mouse' combo, but I managed. The levels were similer, and I think this game would have benifitted from more gameplay elements (eg. Wodden buildings that have fires burning and you have to dodge them, or falling rubble). I made it to level eight, but then got bored with the repetitive level design. Only once did I even come close to running out of ladders. I'm not sure. The concept is good, the engine is okay, but it could have been a alot better in the level-design department. Also; why did the civilians sound like ducks? Overall 6/10
Molten Lead by Capitain April: Not a bad space ship fighting game. The controls were good, if a bit slippery. I like the way you take damage, with bits of you falling off. One problem; the facade weapon was rediculasly overpowered. I could kill an enemy in one pass with that thing! The interface was okay. I was a bit irked by the utter and complete lack of sound or music or anything. Overall, I give it a (in my humble opinion) fair 7/10
Moonlight Sonata by Docopoper: A nice little game. Kind of frustrating, but very well executed. The music was good, the atmosphere was good too. The gameplay could have been better, but it was by no means unplayable. The graphics were ranging from okay to good. The lack of sound efects didn't bother me much, as I felt it didn't really need them. Overall, I'll give it a 7/10 (sorry for the short review)
Mystery Men by Red October I liked the look of this game even when it was in it's devlog stage. Now I still like it. I've always like mafia, and AI has also been an interest of mine. This game combines the two. It's very interesting, the way you (as the overlord) have to guess who the mafia is. I found it quite fun, and played several times. I would love to see the sorce code for this, to see how the AI works. I kind of wish there had been some type of music, but it's not too bad. It would have also been cool if, insted of white ghostpeople with ?'s on there heads, Red October had sprited each GMC jam member based of of his/her personality/avatar/username. Of course, that would have been an astronomical amount of extra work. Overall, I give this game a 7.5/10 for being a very good mafia simulator.
Poly World by Dark BlaDe: I didn't really like this game. The platform engine was not very good, the one or two sound effects got annoying, and there weren't as many checkpoints as I'd like to see. The level design was pretty good, but I found several bugs, one of which was that if you press the right arrow key and W at the same time, you go twice as fast right as normal. The graphics were okay, except for the player graphic which was not-so-okay. The story was pretty good. I didn't know how it tied into facades, but Ii assume it was at the end of the game which I never reached. Overall: 4/10
Redhood Revelation by 250500: Quite a nice little game. It was charming. It had nice music, good graphics. Sound effects that were good. The gameplay was good too. It reminds me of my early games. (Well, not
that early, but early-ish)
I'm sorry for the short review, but I don't know what else to say. Overall: 7.5/10
RGB by Snail Man: Another GREAT game!! Vote this one 2nd place behind ICTOAT!!!!1 49/10
Save Us by Khornel: Nice creepy atmosphere. Never saw the facade, but I assume it's at the end. I got pretty far, but when I got to the one with 40 total fluffies, it kept saying I'd failed. Nice graphics, cool 3D, fun gameplay. I really wish I could have finished this one, oh well. The music was great, it fit the atmosphere perfectly. Sound effects were good too. Overall: 8.2/10 very nice game!
Seeds and Weapons by RekNepZ: A nice platform game. I liked the idea of growing the weapons, and the graphics were a nice, white, retro style. The FPS was pretty low in the main room, but the side rooms went really fast. I don't know why. It took me ages to find arrows, in fact, I found a gun and bullets before I ever found arrows! I beat the boss, which was okay. It also took me a while before I discovered you could load lazer packs into a gun. I liked the inerface, but I wish F1 could have reminded me of the controls. There was no music, but adequate sound effects. I liked the little explosion when an enemy died. Overall, I give it a 7/10
Shap3 Sh1ft3r 2600 by Bobmoo Okay, the controls on this game ary
way too slippery. The bullets were almost impossible to dodge or see. The graphics were okay, but the game was really way too hard. I couldn't even get past the first level. The music was good, the interface was confusing. I don't know....maybe I'm just not a good gamer. Whatever. Anyway, I didn't like it mush. It was way too hard. It could have been good though. 5/10
Shoot the Pigeon by Rusty: OMG WHAT A GEREAT GAM3!!!!!!!!!!!! Overall: no comment.
Squirrel Launch by Follomania: A nice little game. I like the graphics, the squirrels little voices were so cute! The gameplay was okay, but You should just be able to grab them instead of franticly tool-switching. The premise was okay, the connection to the theme was also adequate. Overall: 6/10
Subterannia by Viben: This was an okay game with a great graphical style. The music was okay, the gameplay was pretty fun, and the story was good also. Unfortunately, I encountered several bugs, and got stuck on a very early level. Sorry for the short review, but I've been reviewing all morning. 7/10
Twisted Mission by Earthwalker: Nice little servival-hrror game. I liked the opening cutscene. The gameplay was okay, though I wish there was a little more to do other than getting chased/killed by evil slurpy zombie thingys. I liked the sound effects, but the lack of music was dissipointing. It could have enhanced the atmoshere a lot. I red the DevLog, and it was very good. I might vote for that for best DevLog. Overall, a nice, polished game, but a little lacking in gameplay. overall: 7.1/10
Wanted Dog Not Alive by Jakobs98: An okay arcade minigame, but a bit buggy. Almost every time, a cat would be behind a dog. So when I shot the dog, tt said I lost. Also, it sometimes happened the other way around. The connection to the theme, graphics, gameplay, music, and sounds were all okay. 5.1415926/10
What you See by Trick Pixel Games: This game was a platformer, in which nothing was what it seemed. It was similer to Nothing Will Ever Hurt You, but not quite as good. I did like it though. The moving platforms were a bit buggy, and the jumping was too, but overall it was a nice platformer with a twist. 7.25/10
And I'm finally to the last game.
You Monster by Klassic Nice game, I had fun. The premise was good, as was the use of theme. The graphics were okay, and the sound effects good. The lack of music didn't bother me much. I wish I could persuade more people, because killing them is way too fun. I wish the game didn't just end when you were caught. Maybe you could bribe/threaten,charm the policemen. Or maybe you just get thrown in jail for a few minutes. Overall: 7.5/10
Aaaand I'm DONE with all these gosh-darn reviews. Ugh. All morning. Every morning. But I'm Finally DONE!! Time to post my votes, and then I'll be done for another three months.
